Founded in 2017, SPEEDOC is a leading provider of homebased medical services in Singapore, delivering hospital level care directly to patients' homes. Using advanced technology, they offer a range of services including telemedicine, on-site doctor and nurse visits, virtual wards, and remote health monitoring.
SPEEDOC has set its footprint in Malaysia with home-based medical services since 2022. With home-based services, patients will be able to receive the care they need at the comfort of their home. SPEEDOC's exclusive home monitoring service includes home visits by a doctor and nurse(s), medical treatment, therapy, or support, a 24/7 helpline, a referral letter/summary note to a medical service centre, and assistance with hospital admission and ambulance arrangements.
SPEEDOC’s house call doctors are Malaysia-licensed and registered with Malaysia's Ministry of Health (MOH).

Leading this programme is Dr. Christina Jayaraj Paul, an experienced medical professional dedicated to ensuring that patients receive hospital-level care at home. Dr. Christina earned her medical degree from the renowned Management and Science University in Shah Alam, Malaysia, in 2017. She gained extensive experience during her housemanship at Hospital Kuala Lumpur, working in a high-pressure environment.
Following her housemanship, Dr. Christina was posted to the ENT department at Hospital Putrajaya, where she further honed her skills and provided specialised care to a diverse patient population. In 2020, she transitioned to Klinik Kesihatan Salak Selatan, continuing her commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Her role is pivotal in ensuring that patients receive hospital-level care in the comfort of their homes.
Home-Ward Programme is available to all Manulife customers with a medical plan, residing in Klang Valley who minimally adheres to ALL conditions below:
1Available to ages between 16 to 59 years old.
2Available to ages between 10 to 70 years old.
3Not having an impaired immune system. The immune system may be impaired by diseases and medications. Conditions that can impact the immune system include diabetes mellitus, disease of the immune system, cancer.
4Comorbidity occurs when a person has underlying medication condition. Condition described as comorbidities are often chronic or long-term conditions. Examples included diabetes mellitus, hypertension, dyslipidaemia.
5Fundamental skills required to independently care for oneself, such as eating, bathing, and mobility
