Putra Heights Customer Relief Assistance

Flexible Premium Payment Options*

  • To ease financial burdens, customers can switch their premium payment mode from an annual to a monthly basis. 

Extended Grace Period for Premium Payments*

  • We are offering a Premium Deferment Program (PDP), allowing deferment of payments for up to a maximum of 3 months. 

Interest Relief on Policy Loans*

  • We will consider waiving interest charges on Policy Loan (PL) and Automatic Premium Loan (APL) on a case-by-case basis, up to a maximum of 3 months. 

Simplified Medical Reimbursement Claims

  • To streamline support, claims can be processed without the need for original receipts. A reprinted copy of the receipt will be acceptable for claims processing.  

 

*This applies to policies due between 1 April and 30 June 2025.
