Digitalised Welcome Call for Manulife Customers

As part of our ongoing quality assessment to serve our customers better, all new customers will be invited to participate in our Welcome Survey.

SMS will be sent to our customers with a link that will be directed to the survey. Please complete the survey within 5 working days for our quality improvements.
