Effective 1 September 2023, MiCare Sdn Bhd (MiCare) will be our new appointed Third Party Administrator (TPA). We believe this change will elevate your overall healthcare experience, ensuring that you receive the best possible care whenever you need. MiCare will assist you with hospital admissions and Guarantee Letter (GL) requests. You may make your requests by contacting MiCare 24/7 Hotline at
